Job Summary
The Kitchenware Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting and repair of commercial kitchen equipment and kitchenware systems to ensure all equipment operates safely, efficiently and reliably.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine equipment inspections.
• Diagnose equipment faults and replace defective parts when required.
• Attend to breakdowns and service requests at various sites/outlets.
• Handle, move, dismantle and reinstall kitchen equipment safely when required.
• Ensure equipment is properly installed, positioned, connected and tested before use.
• Check and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, cooking equipment and food preparation machines.
• Ensure all equipment is operated and maintained safely and efficiently.
• Maintain proper records of equipment servicing, repairs and replacement parts.
• Perform any other technical duties assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in kitchen equipment, electrical, mechanical or related technical work.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle tools and equipment safely.
• Able to work independently and travel to different sites.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
