Role Description The Supply Chain Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in WP Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand and production planning, inventory management, purchasing, and distribution activities to ensure product availability across all retail outlets. The Supply Chain Executive will monitor stock levels, analyze sales and consumption data, and collaborate with suppliers, production teams, and internal stakeholders to optimize replenishment and minimize stock-outs or overstock situations. The role also involves preparing regular performance reports, identifying process improvements, supporting new product launches from a supply chain perspective, and ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Demand Planning and Production Planning skills to effectively manage inventory and align supply with sales forecasts.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making in supply chain processes.
• Candidates should possess practical experience in Supply Chain Operations, including inventory control, logistics coordination, and supplier management.
• Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and management.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or other planning and ERP systems, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment are advantageous.
• Experience in FMCG or retail supply chain and familiarity with Malaysian market dynamics will be an added advantage.
