About our client
A fast-growing AI and semiconductor technology company with headquarters in Shanghai and an expanding Singapore office. The team is scaling rapidly and operates at the cutting edge of intelligent computing, automotive AI, and agentic systems. You will be joining a dynamic, international environment where the legal function plays a direct role in supporting the company's regional growth.
The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal or Junior Legal Counsel to join our Singapore legal team. This is a hands-on role where you will own the day-to-day legal operations and contract management for the Singapore office, working closely with business teams and senior management.
What You Will Do
Prepare, review, and manage routine commercial contracts including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts
Track contract signing progress and maintain organised legal records, filing systems, and template libraries
Assist with company filings, corporate maintenance, and statutory compliance matters
Support compliance workstreams including KYC, basic due diligence, and maintenance of internal compliance records
Provide general legal administrative and coordination support to the legal team
Liaise with internal business teams and external counsel as required
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Law or a related discipline; Singapore legal education background preferred
Detail-oriented, well-organised, and comfortable managing multiple tasks independently
Familiarity with common office software and basic AI tools
A collaborative team player with a strong service mindset
