We’re Hiring: Talent Development Consultant (Client-Facing Sales)

Are you a B2B sales professional who enjoys engaging with HR leaders, understanding business needs and proposing solutions that make a real impact?

AZEO is looking for a commercially driven Talent Development Consultant to grow our client portfolio and provide customised learning and talent development solutions to organisations.

This is a consultative sales role—not an internal L&D, training delivery or facilitation position.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and develop new corporate clients

Engage HR leaders, L&D teams and business decision-makers

Identify clients’ talent and organisational development needs

Recommend suitable training, learning and people-development solutions

Prepare proposals and deliver persuasive client presentations

Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing and account growth

Build long-term relationships and identify renewal and upselling opportunities

Work closely with our learning solutions team to develop customised programmes

Who We’re Looking For

You may come from:

B2B sales or business development

Corporate training or HR solutions sales

Recruitment, HR consultancy or HR technology

Employee benefits, professional services or other solution-based industries

Account management involving HR or corporate decision-makers

You should have:

A proven interest and track record in sales, business development or account management

Some understanding of HR, talent development, employee engagement or organisational needs

Confidence in prospecting, presenting, negotiating and closing

A consultative mindset—the ability to uncover needs instead of simply selling a standard product

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

The motivation to work towards sales targets and earn through performance
