We’re looking for a Digital Transformation Executive who is curious about technology, enjoys solving problems, and wants the opportunity to make a visible impact on how a business operates.

This isn’t just about maintaining systems. You’ll work directly with different teams to identify problems, improve processes and turn ideas into practical digital solutions.

What you’ll get to do

• Identify opportunities to digitize, automate and simplify business processes
• Work with users to understand real operational challenges and translate them into solutions
• Build and improve dashboards, reports and data visualizations
• Support automation and digital projects using tools such as Power Platform, RPA, SQL and scripting
• Participate in the full project journey — from requirements → development → UAT → rollout → user adoption
• Track results and see how your solutions improve productivity, visibility and decision-making
• Work across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance and other functions
• Explore new technologies and help identify where they can create real business value

Who we’re looking for

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics or related discipline
• 0–2 years' experience — fresh graduates are welcome
• Some exposure to Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Power Platform or RPA is an advantage
• Strong interest in automation, data, AI and process improvement
• Curious, analytical and willing to learn
• Most importantly — someone who enjoys taking ownership and turning ideas into action
