Job Overview
The Accounts Executive supports financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across the business. The role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting while identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

Job Description

• Analyze and report variances for Warehouse, Logistics, Freight, and Transport expenses.
  
• Prepare monthly P&L reports and review actual expenses against budget and forecast.
  
• Review and validate cost-saving initiatives from Warehouse and Logistics teams.
  
• Prepare budgets and forecasts for Warehouse, Logistics, Freight, and Transport operations.
  
• Consolidate and validate financial data and prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packs.
  
• Record expenses accurately in the accounting ledger.
  
• Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent, with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
  
• Strong analytical, accounting, and financial reporting skills.
  
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and accurate with good ledger management skills.
  
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to link financial data to business objectives.
  
• Good command of English, Mandarin, and Korean.
  
• Mature, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
