Responsibilities
Key responsibilities :-
Business Development
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
• Identify new revenue streams and business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate potential locations for new store openings and business expansion.
• Work closely with suppliers, landlords, and franchise partners where applicable.
• Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by Senior Management
Franchise Development
• Develop strategies to generate international interest in the brand and attract qualified franchise partners.
• Build a pipeline of prospective franchisees through proactive outreach, trade shows, digital campaigns, and industry networks.
Financial Performance & Analysis
• Work with finance teams to assess the financial viability of new markets and proposed franchise locations.
• Ensure franchise growth strategies align with budget allocations and long-term business objectives.
Other Responsibilities
• Assist with special projects and ad-hoc assignments related to international business development.
• Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by senior management
What we're looking for
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in F&B franchising, business development, or international sales.
• Proven success in franchise recruitment and expansion.
• Strong knowledge of franchise operations, legal frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and financial data.
• Independent, self-driven, and results-oriented with a hands-on working style.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
