Responsibilities
ACGT is seeking a driven and experienced Manager, Corporate to anchor the strategic and operational agenda of the AgTech Division. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders across functions, the Manager will lead coordination efforts, champion strategic priorities, and ensure the effective implementation of key business plans and high-impact projects.
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with a strong foundation in business strategy, financial analysis, and cross-functional project management. This role demands someone who can operate with both analytical rigor and strong people skills to drive execution at pace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning & Execution
Lead the origination, evaluation, and execution of new and existing business initiatives aligned with organisational priorities.
Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure the timely achievement of timelines, deliverables, and milestones for key projects.
Manage the onboarding and monitoring of new business groups, partnerships, or joint venture initiatives.
Oversee the setup and implementation of new business structures or expansion efforts, ensuring governance and compliance requirements are met.
Track and report on the progress of key initiatives, identifying risks and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Facilitate effective communication and coordination across internal teams and external partners to ensure clarity and alignment.
Prepare and present high-quality reports, analyses, Board papers, and management updates to senior leadership.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, government agencies, industry partners, and other key counterparts.
Lead and support ad-hoc strategic initiatives and business improvement projects as assigned.
Business Intelligence & Analysis
Conduct financial modelling, scenario analysis, and business case development to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscapes relevant to the AgTech sector.
Synthesise complex data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum 6 to 9 years of progressive experience in similar roles, with demonstrated progression into a managerial capacity.
Experience in a corporate strategy, business development, investment, or management consulting environment is preferred.
Prior exposure to agribusiness, agritech, or food-related sectors is an advantage.
The designation and salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

Strong people skills with proven ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured, evidence-based approach to decision-making.
Strong financial modelling skills and comfortable with quantitative analysis.
Proficient in preparing high-quality presentations and management reports to Board and senior management standards.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and deliver results under time pressure.
High degree of accountability, initiative, and adaptability in ambiguous or fast-evolving environments.
Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to translate strategy into actionable execution plans.
Language
High language proficiency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to read, write, and converse fluently.
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
