Customer Service:

• Greeting and Serving Customers: Welcoming customers, taking orders, and providing recommendations.
• Handling Customer Inquiries: Addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Operating the Cash Register: Processing payments, handling cash transactions, and providing receipts.

Food and Beverage Preparation:

• Preparing Food: Making sandwiches, salads, and other simple dishes.
• Brewing Coffee and Tea: Operating coffee machines and preparing hot and cold beverages.
• Maintaining Food Quality: Ensuring food is fresh, stored properly, and presented attractively.

Maintaining Cafe Environment:

• Cleaning and Stocking: Clearing tables, washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and restocking supplies.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring the cafe is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Organizing Workspaces: Keeping work areas clean and well-stocked.

Teamwork and Collaboration:

• Working with Other Staff: Collaborating with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Following Instructions: Carrying out tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Maintaining a Positive Attitude: Contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Assisting with stocktakes and ordering supplies.
• Opening and Closing Procedures: May be involved in opening or closing the cafe.
• Following Health and Safety Regulations: Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
