Responsibilities
We are seeking a System Engineer to help design, implement, and maintain our IT Service Management (ITSM) platform. You will work closely with internal IT teams and vendors to deliver solutions that meet business needs and support ITIL practices.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to design and implement the ITSM platform according to business requirements and the ITIL framework.
Integrate the ITSM platform with other systems to support key ITSM processes, including Iincident management, change management and configuration management etc.
Develop automation scripts and workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.
Administer, enhance, and support the ITSM platform on an ongoing basis.
Work with vendors to provide IT support activities.
Maintain accurate documentation, including system design, configurations, and operation guides.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in financial institutions .
Experience deploying and administering ITSM tools such as ServiceNow , BMC Helix , or similar platforms.
Hands-on experience with ITSM development; programming background is a plus.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
