ShopeePay is looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging visual assets that bring marketing campaigns to life across digital and offline channels. You will work closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that are visually impactful, on-brand, and aligned with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• Assist in creating visual assets that support marketing and business objectives.
• Create and edit engaging video content, including AI-generated and AI-assisted videos, for marketing campaigns and digital platforms.
• Leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance the design and video production process, explore new creative formats, and improve production efficiency.
• Translate campaign objectives into visually compelling designs that drive user engagement and business results.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop and produce creative assets across both digital and offline channels.
• Develop campaign key visuals, promotional materials, and seasonal creative concepts aligned with ShopeePay's brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistency across all visual communications while maintaining ShopeePay's brand standards.
• Adapt and optimize designs for various formats, platforms, and media requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Strong video editing skills and hands-on experience in AI-powered video creation and creative tools, with the ability to leverage AI to produce engaging video content efficiently.
• Proficiency in Figma with a good understanding of digital design and design systems.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, including typography, colour theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• A self-starter and collaborative team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for visual aesthetics.
• Passionate about design and creative technology, with a willingness to continuously explore and adopt emerging AI tools and creative technologies.
