Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional consultation to customers on various loan products, including mortgages and personal loans.
• Assess customers’ needs and financial situation to recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Explain loan features, benefits, and repayment structures clearly to customers to help them make informed decisions.
• Convince and guide customers through the loan application process to ensure successful approval.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage trust and long-term cooperation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors’ products, and regulatory guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or related field.
• Minimum experience of 2 years in loan consulting, sales, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Good knowledge or interest in mortgages and personal loans.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and convince customers.
• Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with provided leads.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection professionally.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
• High level of integrity and professionalism in handling customer information.
