MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:

• Performance testing experience: >6 years
• Tools: LoadRunner and Jmeter
• Certification: ISTQB - CTPT

• Develop and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, and Analysis).
• Design performance testing strategies and plans based on application architecture and business requirements.
• Conduct various types of performance tests: load, stress, soak, spike, endurance, and scalability.
• Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
• Use monitoring tools (e.g., SiteScope, AppDynamics, Dynatrace) to track system behavior during test execution.
• Develop reusable scripts, parameterize data, and handle correlations as needed.
• Document test results, create detailed performance test reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Maintain and update test scenarios, scripts, and test data based on application changes.
• Participate in defect triage and contribute to root cause analysis for performance issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, Analysis).
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and system performance metrics.
• Experience testing web, API-based, or enterprise-level applications.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like C (LoadRunner scripting).
• Familiarity with application and infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana).
• Experience with SQL for database performance validation.
• Solid understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, web servers, and middleware.

• Experience with other performance testing tools like JMeter, NeoLoad, or BlazeMeter.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud performance testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
