Job Description
Responsibilities
Job Purpose
Manage and support the alumni relationship management platform to strengthen engagement, communication, and data-driven outreach for alumni and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the alumni/CRM platform
Maintain accurate alumni data and ensure database quality and integrity
Support segmentation of users for targeted communications and campaigns
Coordinate engagement activities such as events, newsletters, and outreach programs
Work with internal teams to improve user experience and platform functionality
Generate basic reports and insights on engagement and platform usage
Handle user queries and provide platform support to alumni and staff
Assist in onboarding new users into the system
Ensure compliance with data protection and governance policies (PDPA)
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Communications, or related field
Experience with CRM systems or data management tools preferred
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working with data (Excel, basic reporting tools)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Some experience in events or community engagement is a plus
