Duties:
* Understanding business requirement and background of purchase

* Lead the end-to-end procurement process by collaborating across different teams, including stakeholders, finance, legal and technology.

* Support stakeholders throughout the process, which includes development of procurement documents, managing the entire tender process, contracting and finance-related operations.

* Develop negotiation strategies to extract best value.

* Ensure compliance with procurement policy and vendor risk framework.

* Enter and maintain accurate records of procurement activities in relevant systems (e.g., INFOmatch, SAP, Coupa).

Requirements:

* At least 3 years of relevant experience in sourcing and procurement is preferred

* Min Diploma or Degree in business and finance or equivalent
