The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and oversee overall logistics and supply chain operations
Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Lead and manage warehouse, transport, and logistics teams
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control systems
Oversee transportation planning, route optimization, and delivery performance
Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers
Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations (customs, import/export, safety standards)
Analyze logistics data and prepare reports for management decision-making
Implement process improvements and digital systems for operational efficiency
Control budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations
Handle risk management, including delays, disruptions, and contingency planning
Train, mentor, and evaluate team performance
