Our client is hiring a QA tester to join the team to prepare test cases, automation and manual testing on mobile/web platforms.

Contract: 6 months

Location: Central

Salary: $5500

Job Scope:
1. Prepare and execute testing i.e. analyses requirements, develop test strategies, test plan, test scenarios/cases.

2. Responsible for end to end testing delivery for the applications in collaboration with other stakeholders/interfacing systems.

3. Responsible for the timely delivery of different testing milestones.

4. Actively participate in inception, daily stand-ups and retrospective meeting & represent testing

5. Accurately evaluate and report test results, test progress, and product quality

6. Work effectively to define testable user stories, acceptance criteria, with all stakeholders

7. Stays abreast of QA & Testing best practice and latest available tool, frameworks and standards.

8. Risk and Issue Management - Identify, mitigate and escalate testing risks and issues

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of financial/banking applications testing (i.e. Internet banking, Mobile banking)
• Advanced knowledge of test methodologies and approaches.
• Experience of using and implementing a variety of test tools, including tools for test management / planning, defect tracking, test automation, test data management
• Experience with Agile & Testing Tools like JIRA, Confluence would be an advantage
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing test automation based on BDD
• Experience of working on agile projects and deliveries
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
