Responsibilities
Job Details:
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Location: Jurong East (International Business Park)
Key Responsibilities
Support monthly payroll processing and related administration.
Coordinate training schedules, registrations, and training records.
Maintain employee data and HR documentation.
Assist with general HR administrative duties and reporting.
Requirements
Prior experience in
HR administration and payroll processing
.
Experience in
training administration
will be an advantage.
Familiarity with
BIPO HRMS
is preferred, but candidates with strong payroll experience who can quickly learn the system are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially
Excel
.
Meticulous, organized, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
Familiar with Singapore payroll practices.
