Responsibilities
Maintain and oversee critical operational records including water consumption logs, mould tracking reports, inspection schedules, and engineering work orders to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Manage inventory control processes, ensuring timely stock updates, proper documentation, and inventory accuracy.
Handle procurement administration including preparation, processing, and tracking of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders.
Coordinate with suppliers on repair works, service documentation, and maintenance records to ensure timely completion and proper follow-up.
Administer staff-related matters including attendance monitoring, leave records, medical claims, and worker documentation compliance.
Maintain accurate financial records including petty cash transactions and internal withdrawal documentation.
Monitor compliance matters by managing misuse reports and ensuring proper record management procedures are followed.
Organize and maintain systematic filing and documentation processes to support efficient retrieval and audit readiness.
Support operational planning activities including annual scheduling, manpower allocation, and project coordination.
Manage internal and external communications professionally to ensure timely responses and effective coordination.
