JobDescription & Requirements

We are acompany that imports and distributes foodstuff from the Philippines,manufactures processed meat products and operates a restaurant, catering to the diverse culinary preferences of our customers.

We are seeking a Sales Executive who not only possesses strong leadership skills but also has a deep understanding of the Filipino foodstuffs market in Singapore.

KeyResponsibilities:

• To supervise our teams’ salespersons, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
• To develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share.
• To build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners within the Filipino community.
• To conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends within the market.
• To collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.

JobRequirements:

• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking both English and Filipino (Tagalog, Cebuano and Hiligaynon). This is crucial for fostering effective communication between local customers and Filipino suppliers. Being able to do so helps us understand both groups’ preferences, needs and cultural nuances which help meet our target market's expectations effectively.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior and proven experience in sales or a related field for at least 3 years, preferably with a focus on the Filipino foodstuffs market.
• Ability to analyse market data and make informed decisions to drive sales growth.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field will be advantageous.
