Responsibilities:

    Responsible for day-to-day business operations, growth of sales, performance and staff management of multiple stores to achieve target KPIs

    Establish procedures and standards of work to ensure operation efficiency in a customer-centric environment

    Maintain outstanding stores condition and execute visual merchandising brief in a timely and effective manner in accordance with company expectations

    Maintain store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

    Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

    Be aware of and ensure safety standards are always a priority

    Provide regular feedback to team members to support their individual development and team performance

    Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

    Ensure the stores following the business directions and able to achieve business profits
