Job SummaryWe are seeking an analytical, data-driven, and commercially sharp Restructuring Consultant to join our corporate turnaround and financial advisory practice. In this critical role, you will be a core technical contributor responsible for analyzing distressed capital structures, constructing detailed short-term cash flow forecasts, executing liquidity assessments, and designing robust corporate stabilization plans.Operating at the intersection of executive management teams, institutional creditors, and legal advisory units, you will translate complex financial datasets into actionable turnaround strategies. The ideal candidate will combine strong systematic financial modeling logic with sharp corporate problem-solving capabilities to mitigate business risk, maximize stakeholder asset recovery, and guide corporate clients through successful fiscal rehabilitation programs.Key Responsibilities
- Financial Diagnostics & Analysis: Review, audit, and systematically evaluate the balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow structures of corporate clients to isolate insolvency metrics or capital constraints.
- Liquidity & Cash Flow Modeling: Build, optimize, and track complex 13-week rolling cash flow forecasting models and working capital analytics metrics to determine business runway parameters.
- Turnaround Plan Formulation: Partner with senior consultants to design comprehensive structural restructuring frameworks, business downscaling options, and non-core asset divestment strategies.
- Creditor & Stakeholder Liaison: Assist in preparing analytical metrics and background documentation packages for complex debt restructuring negotiations with bank syndicates and institutional creditors.
- Independent Business Reviews (IBR): Execute objective business assessments, examining operational cost structures and commercial pipelines to draft strategic briefs for executive leadership review.
- Cross-Functional Project Coordination: Act as a central communication link between internal corporate finance squads, client treasury units, legal compliance representatives, and external valuation partners.
- Data Governance Compliance: Enforce strict information security standards across all highly sensitive corporate restructuring archives, ensuring absolute alignment with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) [Singapore].
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Corporate Finance, Business Administration (Finance specialization), Economics, or a highly quantitative professional discipline. Professional credentials (such as CA Singapore, CPA, CFA, or INSOL qualifications) are highly valued.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep engineering knowledge of core spreadsheet analysis suites (specifically Excel for intricate financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and debt valuation models) and high-impact presentation software (PowerPoint).
- Experience: Prior experience as a financial analyst, corporate recovery specialist, restructuring coordinator, or insolvency consultant—preferably within a professional consulting firm, specialized boutique advisory, investment banking unit, or corporate accounting squad—is required.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; professional etiquette and an assertive, collaborative stakeholder engagement style to handle high-stakes environments with extreme diplomacy.

Pay: $3,600.00 - $4,500.00 per month
