• Supervise and coordinate air conditioning and HVAC installation, servicing, maintenance and repair works.
• Lead and monitor technicians at site to ensure work is completed properly and according to schedule.
• Inspect air conditioning and HVAC systems and identify faults or technical issues.
• Carry out troubleshooting, testing and commissioning of HVAC equipment and systems.
• Ensure all works comply with safety requirements, specifications and company standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and site personnel regarding site works and technical matters.
• Prepare and update service reports, inspection reports and work progress reports.
• Monitor tools, equipment and materials required for site works.
• Ensure technicians follow proper work procedures and safety practices.
• Attend to emergency breakdowns and ad-hoc HVAC/air conditioning works when required.
• Perform any other duties related to air conditioning and HVAC works as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in air conditioning/HVAC works.
• Experience in supervising technicians and site activities.
• Good knowledge of air conditioning systems, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Able to read basic drawings and technical specifications.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel to different project sites when required.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.

Working Hours:
Monday – Saturday

Employment Type:
Full-Time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
