Responsibilities

• Handle full-set accounting, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation and month-end closing.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Liaise with external accounting firms, auditors and tax advisors on accounting, audit and tax matters.
• Coordinate on corporate tax, GST and other applicable tax matters.
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring and financial analysis.
• Assist with statutory reporting and audit requirements.
• Work with regional/China teams on finance-related matters.
• Travel to China occasionally for business and finance-related requirements. (Liase with listed company headquarter for finance related business)
