about the job
The Operations Manager will drive business growth, service delivery, and team development by overseeing inside sales, customer service, human resources, and local operational strategy. In this hands-on leadership role, you will lead the inside sales team, provide technical guidance, handle quotations, resolve staff or customer issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks. You will manage end-to-end customer service and production workflows, liaising between clients, vendors, internal branches, and machining staff while entering machining orders, promoting customer quality requirements across the organization, and ensuring timely product delivery. From a personnel management standpoint, you will drive recruitment, vacation scheduling, onboarding, performance reviews, incentive programs, and continuous selling and technical training for your staff. Working directly with Senior Management, you will help establish sales and production targets, strictly uphold safety and quality control standards-including hazard assessments and incident investigations-and perform additional duties to establish and expand operational success on the ground.

skills and experience required

• Ideally candidates with a minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
