About The Client

Randstad has partnered with a premier real estate and hospitality investment group with a prestigious portfolio spanning Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, and the UK. To support their expanding regional footprint, they are looking for an ambitious and hands-on Assistant Finance Manager (Contract) to join their Malaysian team.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, guide, and supervise Executives and Senior Executives within the Shared Service finance team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Financial & Management Reporting: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of accurate, timely financial and management reporting for designated entities across Australia and Singapore.
• Closing & Reconciliations: Coordinate month-end closing activities and rigorously review balance sheet reconciliations to ensure strict compliance and accuracy.
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; active professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, MIA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in financial accounting,
