We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Finance / Accounts team! You will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, payment and prepayment processing, invoicing, account reconciliation, and supporting the preparation of financial records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:-

1.. Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

2. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.

3. Prepare and process supplier payments and prepayment transactions.

4. Verify invoices, Purchase Orders, payment requests, and supporting documents.

5. Monitor and reconcile outstanding prepayments and ensure timely clearance.

6. Prepare and issue customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.

7. Assist with month-end closing and preparation of management accounts.

8. Assist in payroll-related accounting and statutory payments when required.

9. Liaise with suppliers, customers, Operations, Purchasing, HR, and other departments on

accounting matters.

10. Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

11. Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by Management.

Requirements:-

1. Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.

3. Experience in AP, AR, payment processing, prepayment, invoicing, and reconciliation.

4. Experience in full set accounts is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
