Key Responsibilities:

• Manage import and export shipments efficiently.
• Process bookings, prepare shipping documentation, and update relevant records in our system.
• Perform customs declarations in compliance with shipping documentation, regulations, and procedures.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Provide accurate and timely updates on vessel schedules and shipment status.
• Ensure smooth communication with clients and follow up on documentation and legal processes.
• Liaise with shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure timely and compliant shipment of goods.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure efficient flow of goods and information.
• Maintain accurate records and filing of all shipping and customs-related documentation.
• Assist with the resolution of any shipping or customs-related issues or discrepancies.
• Provide administrative support to the import/export and customs functions as needed.

Requirement ;

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• At least 2–5 years of relevant working experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
