Job Description

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager to lead our Organization Development team. This role is critical in shaping the organization’s leadership pipeline and driving impactful learning initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning and Leadership

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training and talent management strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Lead the Training and Talent Management department, providing vision, direction, and guidance to team members.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize key areas for employee development.


Learning and Development

  • Design and oversee the delivery of learning programs, including technical, soft skills, leadership, and compliance training.
  • Ensure that all learning initiatives are aligned with business needs, are scalable, and effectively enhance employee performance.
  • Lead the team in conducting needs assessments to identify learning gaps, develop targeted training solutions, and revise existing training modules to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategy and direction.
  • Continuously assess and improve the quality and impact of learning programs based on feedback and data analytics.


Talent Development and Succession Planning

  • Develop and manage talent development programs, including leadership development, mentoring, and coaching initiatives.
  • Implement and maintain a robust succession planning process and framework to identify and prepare future leaders within the organization, develop relevant developmental program to close the competency gaps.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Oversee succession planning initiatives to identify and cultivate future leaders for key roles within the organization.


Performance Management

  • Lead the team to manage performance management processes, including employees’ KPI setting, performance reviews, and 360’ feedback.


Budget and Resource Management

  • Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Oversee the allocation of resources, including trainers, training materials, and Learning Management System (LMS).


Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Track and analyse key metrics related to training effectiveness, employee development, and talent retention.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the impact of training and talent management initiatives.


Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads, HR, and external partners.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the business, providing insights and recommendations on training and talent management issues.


Job Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in Talent Management or Organizational Development.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing succession planning and leadership development strategies'
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership levels.
  • Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
