SF Supply Chain Hiring! Full Time Quality Assurance Manager in New Territories, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

About the Role:

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership in QA/Compliance operations management, ensuring right-first-time execution and maintaining the highest levels of quality across our organization (including ISO certification, audit management and CAPA implementation.)

You are required to travel to China and Macau occasionally where we have our distribution centers to serve customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to set strategic directions on quality improvement programs internally and externally.

Role Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage quality control systems and procedures throughout the supply chain process covering food safety and healthcare requirements

• Liaise with certification bodies for ISO standards (e.g., ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 13485)

• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Collaborate with internal departments to improve processes, address quality issues and drive continuous improvement

• Develop and maintain quality metrics to monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Identify and resolve any quality-related problems or customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner

• Manage supplier relationships to ensure adherence to quality standards and requirements

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to implement best practices

• Train and support team members on quality assurance processes and standards

Role Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Cold Chain, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality Management or relevant disciplines

• Experience in ISO certification and audit management is mandatory

• At least 5 years of experience in technical and quality control of the food industry, cold chain supply chain or Healthcare in a supervisory capacity

• Strong knowledge of quality control systems, procedures and best practices of Hong Kong, China, and Macau markets

• Strong management and leadership skills, strategic and analytical thinking, high initiative and integrity

• Excellent English / Mandarin communication skills
