This multinational organisation based in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Procurement Operations Lead to join its dynamic business.

Your new role

This role is responsible for leading the entire Procurement Operations function, ensuring procurement services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with SLAs, controls, and compliance requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you'll possess:

• More than 10 years' experience in Procurement Operations or Procure-to-Pay (P2P), preferably within shared services or regional operations environment.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
