Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Stock Optimization: Execute daily parts inventory planning, replenishment monitoring, and safety stock analysis, stock adjustment to ensure optimal availability for service centers and workshop operations.

• Order Management & Fulfillment: Process daily local and overseas spare parts orders, monitor backorders, track shipment timelines, and liaise with suppliers to resolve supply chain delays.

• Systems & Data Management: Utilize in house system to for cross-reference part numbers, vehicle models, and ordering status tracking, price and cost control.

• Business & Parts Analytics: Conduct regular sales variance and inventory age analyses (identifying slow-moving/obsolete stock) to generate actionable insights on purchasing patterns and cost-saving initiatives.

• Warehouse & Logistics Coordination: Collaborate closely with warehouse operations and logistics companies for parts storage & delivery.
  

Requirements

• University graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline

• At least 2 years relevant work experience

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese

• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical
