About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable IT Business Analyst to support the continued expansion and modernization of our Internet Banking and Mobile Banking platforms, Straight-Through Processing (STP) initiatives, and Digital Wealth capabilities delivered through mobile banking channels.
This role works end-to-end across digital channels, wealth product teams, middle-office and back-office operations to identify process improvement opportunities, streamline customer journeys, and enable automation through well-defined business and technology solutions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering wealth-related initiatives within Digital Mobile Banking, including investment, insurance, deposits, and portfolio servicing journeys, while ensuring seamless integration with customer servicing and operational processes. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Digital Banking, Wealth Management, and Business Analysis, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across business, operations, product, compliance, and technology teams.
Responsibilities
Business & Process Analysis
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive end-to-end understanding of Consumer Internet Banking and Mobile Banking services, including:
- Customer journeys
- Service request initiation
- STP eligibility assessment
- Back-end operational processing for non-STP cases
- Digital Wealth and investment journeys
- Wealth servicing and transaction fulfillment processes
- Analyze existing business processes to identify STP opportunities, operational bottlenecks, and areas for automation and optimization.
- Conduct impact analyses, feasibility studies, and gap assessments for system enhancements and process redesign initiatives.
Solution Design & Documentation
- Design and document:
- End-to-end customer service fulfillment process flows
- Business process models and operating models
- Business architecture diagrams
- Data flows and system integration touchpoints
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with the target architecture and operational requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with:
- Digital Channels teams (Internet Banking and Mobile Banking)
- Wealth Product Owners and business stakeholders
- Middle-office and back-office operations teams
- Technology delivery teams
Facilitate workshops and discussions to:
- Eliit business and regional requirements
- Drive alignment across stakeholders
- Prioritize enhancements and new feature development
- Delivery & Governance
- Partner with technology teams to ensure solutions are implemented in line with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and ongoing support throughout the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements definition through implementation and post-launch stabilization.
- Support and mentor other Business Analysts, as needed, across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes within Digital Banking Channels.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Good understanding of Digital Wealth and Investment Services, including customer onboarding, investment servicing, wealth transactions, and portfolio-related journeys.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and build consensus among stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing clear documentation and delivering presentations.
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across multiple business functions and levels of seniority.

Additional requirements:
