WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will be involved in the company's accounting, administration and business operations. Your role will include:

• Explore and implement AI tools and other technology to reduce repetitive work and improve workflow
• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records
• Handle invoicing, accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Monitor payments, outstanding balances and financial documentation
• Assist with banking, audit, tax and other accounting-related matters
• Maintain company, project, supplier and customer records
• Manage company correspondence, filing systems and digital document storage
• Learn and understand how construction projects, suppliers, subcontractors and project-related transactions work
• Work with management and other team members to keep information and documentation organised
• Assist in developing and improving internal systems, processes and SOPs

REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicants must be willing to work at Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam.
• Strict in handling confidential information.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and capable to meet deadlines.
• Matured, positive minded, responsible & reliable.
• Must possess at least a Degree.
