Responsibilities

ASSISTANT D’EDUCATION À L'ÉLÉMENTAIRE

MISSION

Rattaché au Responsable de la Vie Scolaire, l’assistant(e) d’éducation a pour mission principale d’encadrer les élèves de l’école élémentaire dès leur arrivée à l’école jusqu’à leur départ dans toutes les activités hors classe quotidiennes.

RESPONSABILITÉS

Sur les temps de surveillance :
Accueillir, accompagner et encadrer les élèves de l’école élémentaire de leur l’arrivée à leur départ, durant les récréations et les temps de repas, les déplacements de classe, et toutes les autres activités quotidiennes à l’école.

Assurer le respect des mesures de sécurité, des règles de vie commune et du règlement intérieur

Etre à l’écoute et attentifs à l’évolution du comportement des enfants, en s’assurant que tout problème ou différend non-résolu soit communiqué au personnel concerné

Remonter les éventuels dysfonctionnements constatés sur le terrain au service concerné (ex matériel cassé, bâtiment abîmé, etc…)

Régler les difficultés des élèves pendant ces temps de surveillance et reporter les incidents au Responsable de Vie Scolaire et à l’équipe éducative

Gérer les blessés et soigner les petits blessures

Contrôler le nombre d’élèves, les absences journalières

Récupérer, vérifier, trier et ranger les Lunch Box / Objets perdus

Accomplir toute autre tâche relevant de l’activité de vie scolaire (ex : couverture de livre, plastification de documents, etc,…)

Sur les activités éducatives :
Animer des activités éducatives : conception, proposition et mise en œuvre des activités d’animation, de jeux collectifs, activités sportives

Gérer des groupes d’enfants durant la récréation méridienne et à la garderie (matin, après-midi)

Expérience dans le secteur de l’enfance et/ou de l’animation

ELEMENTARY EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANTS

MISSION

Attached to the Pastoral Care Manager, the educational assistant’s main mission is to supervise the elementary school students from their arrival at school until their departure in all daily extra-curricular activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

On monitoring times :
Welcoming, accompanying and supervising elementary school students from their arrival to their departure, during recess and meal times

Ensuring that safety measures, rules of common life and internal regulations are respected.

Listening and being attentive to changes in children's behavior, ensuring that any unresolved problems or disputes are communicated to the staff concerned

Helping/ Assisting to resolve the difficulties of the students during these supervision periods and report the incidents to the head of pastoral care and to the educational team

Reporting any malfunctions observed in the field to the relevant department (e.g. broken equipment, damaged building, etc.)

Managing the wounded and heal the minor injuries

Controlling the number of students, daily absences (if applicable to your role within the team)

Assisting with their lost and found objects (collecting, checking and sorting)

Performing any other task related to school life (e.g. book covers, laminating documents, etc.).

On educational activities :
To propose educational activities: design and implementation of activities of animation, collective games, sports activities

Manage groups of children during the meridian break and at the daycare (morning, afternoon)

Remuneration based on experience and the IFS salary scale
