Responsibilities
Join our global Account Management Team to drive growth by identifying customer needs and collaborating across functions to win projects and strengthen key customer relationships.
Responsibilities
:
Identify and develop growth opportunities with existing customers to maximum business expansion.
Collaborate with business teams to create and implement strategies aligned with company goals for key customers and business categories.
Participate in RFI, RFP, and RFQ process by working closely with Business Unit and Business Development managers to secure new projects.
Be involved and support Business Unit managers during project development phase.
Provide pricing analysis and generate quotations for project bids.
Work with various functional departments to support customers operationally during the life cycle of the won projects.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Degree or diploma in Engineering, Science, or Business-related fields
At least 3-5 years of experience in key account management, preferably from the electronics manufacturing services industry.
Ability to work independently and take initiative without direct supervision
Proven experience in developing relationships with key decision makers and closing complex deals
Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Positive problem-solving attitude with resilience
Effective team player with leadership qualities
Proficiency in MS Office tools
