Responsibilities
Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs.
Prepare AutoCAD drawings, shop drawings, and layouts for flooring, carpentry, and renovation works.
Take site measurements and calculate project quantities.
Prepare material lists and assist with material costing.
Assist with variation orders, progress claims, and project costing.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and project teams.
Ensure drawings, measurements, and quotations are accurate.
Prior experience in flooring and carpentry is highly preferred.
Experience in QS, drafting, or renovation works.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Able to read and understand technical drawings.
Good knowledge of quantity take-off and costing.
Able to work independently and as a team.
