Responsibilities

Client Services VP/SVP

We are currently partnering with a leading global fund administrator to identify a

Client Services VP/SVP

to join its growing Private Markets platform in Singapore.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced fund administration professional who has a strong background servicing

Private Markets clients

, with responsibility for client delivery, team leadership and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team responsible for delivering fund administration and accounting services to institutional clients

Oversee the review and delivery of NAV calculations, financial reporting and other key fund deliverables

Manage investor servicing activities, including onboarding, capital activity and investor reporting

Review fund documentation and ensure relevant terms are appropriately reflected in accounting and reporting

Work closely with clients and service providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery

Take ownership of client queries and escalations, ensuring a consistently high level of service

Lead the onboarding of new funds and clients, including documentation review and operational setup

Partner with internal stakeholders on wider business and client initiatives

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline; professional qualification is an advantage

10+ years of relevant fund administration experience

Strong experience working with

Private Markets

clients

Proven experience managing and developing teams

Strong understanding of fund accounting and private markets structures

Good knowledge of waterfall calculations and complex fund structures

Good understanding of

IFRS, US GAAP and Singapore GAAP

Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Good understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements across different jurisdictions

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and fund accounting systems
