Job description:

Role Overview: We're seeking a hands-on, proactive IT Support Technician to provide reliable day-to-day technical support to our customers. You'll be involved in hardware installation across retail sites, remote troubleshooting, and on-site assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily technical support to users across offices and retail shops
• Handle hardware installation, configuration, and setup for shop environments
• Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting for IT-related issues
• Participate in holiday duty roster, with overtime pay and compensation leave
• Execute ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Experience in the IT industry and supervision skills preferable
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and initiative
• Independent handling support cases and troubleshooting
• Managing technical tasks and supervision to team members
• Making informed judgments when facing complex or unfamiliar issues
• Contributing to the development of junior engineers

Pay: From $20,000.00 per month
