Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct branch and site visits as required.
- Monitor branch and RS performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Manage branch assets and operational records.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Attend and participate in monthly MCM meetings.
- Identify, evaluate, and support the setup and training of new SMCs.
- Develop branch action plans and provide operational solutions.
- Monitor RC and retention performance.
- Collaborate with EM on filter consignment matters.
- Support sales activities and any ad hoc assignments requested by HQ.
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in customer service, branch operations, or a similar role is preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
