Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Selangor, Malaysia. The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and nurturing potential clients. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing proposals, supporting contract negotiations, and maintaining accurate sales and pipeline reports. The role involves working closely with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements, managing key accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Business Development Executive will also represent the company at meetings, presentations, and industry events to strengthen brand presence and build strategic relationships.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth and expand the customer base.
• Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and support long-term partnerships.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions clearly, collaborate with internal teams, and engage effectively with clients.
• Relevant experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles within engineering, construction, HVAC, or related industries is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and use CRM or sales tracking tools effectively.
• Proficiency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia and the region for client meetings and site visits as needed.
