Your new role
As the HR Business Partner Manager, you will work closely with business leaders to translate people strategies into meaningful outcomes. This role goes beyond traditional HR operations, requiring someone who can balance commercial priorities with a people-first approach. You will be trusted to lead key talent and organisational initiatives, including annual salary and performance review cycles, while partnering with leaders to build stronger engagement and retention across the business due to expansion.
- Lead the BU's annual salary review and compensation planning process, partnering with business leaders to ensure competitive and equitable reward decisions.
- Review and elevate the performance management process to strengthen accountability, talent development, and high-performance behaviours across the organisation.
- Design and implement targeted retention initiatives, using workforce insights and employee feedback to improve engagement and reduce key talent attrition.
- Partner with leadership teams to support ongoing business growth, ensuring the organisation remains equipped to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Drive cultural integration and change management initiatives, supporting employees as the business continues to evolve within a multinational environment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent decisions.
- Champion a people-centric culture by enhancing employee experience, fostering leadership capability, and strengthening employee engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including experience as a HR Business Partner.
- Proven experience managing annual salary reviews, performance management, and talent initiatives.
- Strong track record in developing and executing employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, people-focused approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced multinational environment.
