About the Roles

Join a landscaping and arboriculture services team as a Safety Coordinator / Safety Supervisor based in Bukit Batok. This is a permanent position working Monday to Saturday, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, offering a basic salary plus variable bonus and the opportunity to support workplace safety across a range of outdoor projects and worksites.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Implement and oversee workplace safety and health procedures across landscaping projects and worksites.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure appropriate controls are in place.
• Ensure operations comply with the Workplace Safety and Health Act, MOM regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and induction programmes for employees and subcontractors.
• Monitor the safe operation and use of landscaping machinery, equipment, vehicles, chemicals and personal protective equipment.
• Enforce safe work practices for tree-care activities, work at height, lifting operations and roadside landscaping works.
• Investigate workplace incidents, near misses and unsafe practices, and recommend suitable corrective and preventive measures.
• Prepare and maintain safety records, inspection reports, risk assessments, permits and incident documentation.
• Coordinate workplace safety matters with project teams, clients, subcontractors and authorities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Nitec, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Workplace Safety and Health or a related discipline.
• Possess relevant WSH Coordinator, Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health, or equivalent certification.
• Have at least 2 years of relevant safety experience, preferably within landscaping, construction or outdoor site operations.
• Be familiar with Singapore WSH legislation, risk management and incident investigation procedures.
• Able to conduct safety briefings and communicate effectively with workers, supervisors and subcontractors.
