MT BYTES Hiring! Full Time Chief Technology Officer in - Ricebowl

MT BYTES is looking for a Chief Technology Officer to shape our technical direction as we expand our products and technology capabilities. You will set technical direction, guide architecture and engineering, influence product decisions, and build a technology organisation that can scale with the business.

Strong organisation and follow through matter when several teams or markets are involved. In Singapore, we want someone who can build relationships with regional stakeholders and develop opportunities that can grow across multiple markets.

This role is for an experienced leader who can set direction, make sound commercial decisions, and take responsibility for results across the function.

What you will do
• Work with engineering and product leaders on architecture
• Review delivery quality, reliability, and technical risk
• Support important technical decisions
• Help develop strong engineering practices and people
• Set clear technical priorities and standards

What we are looking for
• Significant leadership experience in the relevant function
• Strong judgement and ability to make decisions with incomplete information
• Experience building teams, setting priorities, and managing performance
• Excellent communication with senior internal and external stakeholders
• Regional APAC experience is a strong advantage.
