Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Chop, slice, dice, and mix ingredients. Cook dishes according to exact recipes and Kosa standards.
• Station Management: Keep the assigned station clean, sanitized, and fully stocked with food and equipment.
• Team Support: Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef. Help guide and train junior staff like Commis chefs.
• Safety and Hygiene: Follow health, safety, and food storage regulations. Ensure proper labeling and rotation of stock.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Generally 2 to 4 years of professional kitchen experience.
• Education: Culinary arts certificate, diploma, or relevant apprenticeship is preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational abilities, teamwork, and working well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Working Location : Avenue K Shopping Mall.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
