Responsibilities:

• Support monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate, timely salary payments.
• Handle CPF, tax, leave, claims, and other statutory submissions.
• Manage payroll-related queries, employee records, leave, and attendance.
• Support manpower coordination, onboarding, offboarding, and work pass matters.
• Maintain accurate payroll and HR records and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment and payroll regulations.
• Assist the HR Manager with daily HR operations and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or other related courses.
