Job Description

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a sharp, driven Project Executive to be the vital link between our property development and construction arm. You won't just be pushing paper — you'll be the person in the room when decisions are made, the voice keeping developers, engineers, and contractors moving in the same direction, and the reason projects hit their deadlines instead of missing them.

If you thrive on variety, love solving problems on the fly, and want a front-row seat to the entire lifecycle of a development — from blueprint to ribbon-cutting — read on.

What You'll Own:

1. Project Coordination & Execution

  • Drive the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of projects from day one to handover
  • Be the connective tissue between developers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams
  • Spot risks and delays before they become problems — and act on them

2. Development Support

  • Roll up your sleeves on feasibility studies, site evaluations, and project appraisals
  • Work hand-in-hand with architects and engineers through design and approvals
  • Help steer land acquisition and authority submissions across the finish line

3. Construction Liaison

  • Keep your finger on the pulse of site progress, budgets, and quality
  • Run site meetings and translate ground-level updates into clear management reporting
  • Tackle variation orders and contractor issues head-on, before they snowball

4. Budgeting & Reporting

  • Own the numbers: track budgets, control costs, and flag variances early
  • Build reports and presentations that actually get read
  • Support tenders, contractor evaluations, and procurement from start to finish

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Keep every project airtight — compliant with regulations, safety standards, and approvals
  • Maintain the paper trail so nothing ever falls through the cracks

What You Bring

  • A degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in property development, construction, or project management (strong fresh grads with solid internships welcome too).
  • A genuine grasp of how developments come together — from dirt to done.
  • The kind of organization that lets you run three projects without dropping a ball.
  • Confident communication — you can talk to a contractor and a director in the same afternoon.
  • Comfort with MS Office/Excel; bonus points for MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar.
  • A proactive, get-it-done attitude and zero fear of a site visit.

Why You'll Love It Here

1. Full-spectrum exposure — land, design, build, launch. You'll see it all.

2. Real mentorship — work shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced developers and site leaders

3. A real career path — this isn't a dead-end desk job; it's a launchpad

4. A team that moves fast — your ideas and effort won't get lost in red tape
