We are looking for individuals who will provide daily support to customers of one of the world's leading manufacturers of computers, laptops, and innovative IT solutions.

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on an ongoing basis.
• Performing remote diagnostics and device configuration.
• Documenting customer interactions in the system.

• Excellent command of both Czech and Slovak (C1 level or higher).

• Communicative level of English (B1 or higher).
• Confidence in using devices such as laptops, desktop computers, smartphones, and tablets.
• Availability to provide services Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
• A stable wired internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace suitable for remote service delivery.

• Civil contract with an hourly rate of PLN 40.00 gross per hour.
• Fully remote cooperation.
• All equipment necessary to perform the services.
