Litigation Lawyer

We are seeking a motivated and committed Lawyer to join our legal team, primarily focusing on litigation matters, particularly banking litigation and general civil litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage banking litigation and general litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, cause papers, letters, submissions and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice.
• Attend court proceedings, case managements, hearings and trials.
• Manage files and liaise with clients, courts and relevant parties.
• Handle other legal matters as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and relevant professional qualifications.
• Qualified to practise as an Advocate & Solicitor in Malaysia.
• Litigation experience, particularly in banking litigation, is an advantage.
• Good analytical, drafting, communication and advocacy skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Open to lawyers with experience in other areas of practice who are interested in expanding their legal experience.
