Collaborate with marketing, production, procurement, and QA/QC departments to ensure product designs are viable for mass production and meet quality standards. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to drive new product development and improvement. Establish and maintain documentation for design concepts, material specifications, and project reports. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers and engineers. Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SketchUp, or equivalent. Excellent project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
